The transfer window closes in 30 minutes and, as expected, the Rapids aren't making any real moves. They did make one non-player move. They traded the #1 allocation spot to DC for a total of $300K of GAM by next season plus Dc's #11 spot. DC immediately used the #1 spot to acquire Ola Kamara (who has made it clear in the past he was not interested in coming to Colorado).
This is a pretty good return for a limited use item. Since allocation order is only used for a set list of players if the Rapids didn't have their eyes on one of them then they now have $300K to sign somebody this offseason who they do have their eyes on.
