For the last couple of days the Rapids have been linked to Ghanaian winger Gilbert Koomson and tonight there are reports that the deal is done. He is another Ghanaian currently playing in Norway where he led the league in assists last season. The rumored transfer fee is $600K. Depending on how the deal is structured that might require us to use GAM or make him a DP.
Koomson is 22 years old and generally plays right win, but can play on the left. He's had one cap with the Ghana National team and he was on the bench in October when they played Azira's Uganda team in a World Cup Qualifier.

Doesn't seem like he would warrant DP money/tag, but like his potential for the Rapids. Box-to-box ability and fits Pablo's style of soccer.
