As expected by almost everybody Tommy Smith was announced as the Rapids newest signing this morning. t also proved me to be an awful judge of how much the Rapids were willing to spend for a CB as when the rumor first broke I dismissed it as unlikely. My bad. Smith signed a 2 year deal with a club option for a 3rd year. He'll be an immediate starter on the backline and expected to lead our younger defenders.
With the signing we're up to 24 players and 8 internationals, one more than the number of slots we have. More moves are coming.
